Shipping Policy

At Apollo, we offer two delivery options: Yandex Go and UzPost / BTS.

Order Processing

After placing an order, your product will be prepared and shipped to our location.

The estimated arrival time is 4–12 days.

Once your order arrives and is ready for delivery, we will contact you to arrange the delivery.

Yandex Go

For Yandex Go delivery, after your order arrives, we will contact you to confirm:

  • Phone number
  • Delivery address or location
  • Convenient delivery time

We will then arrange the delivery through Yandex Go.

In-Stock Products — Same-Day Delivery

Products marked as In Stock are available for same-day delivery.

If you place your order before 10:00 PM, we will arrange delivery on the same day.

After placing your order, we will contact you to confirm the delivery details and a convenient delivery time.

Please note: Same-day delivery applies only to products currently in stock and may be subject to delivery availability in your area.

UzPost / BTS

For delivery through UzPost or BTS, you will need to provide:

  • First and last name
  • Phone number
  • City
  • Full postal address
  • ZIP / postal code

BTS may offer payment upon delivery, depending on the delivery option available in your location.

For UzPost, payment must be completed before the package is shipped, as cash on delivery may not be available.

Once your order arrives, we will contact you to confirm the delivery details and payment arrangements before shipping.
